Alec is a resilient, detail-oriented, self-starting Senior Project Manager and Agile Delivery Leader with 22 years experience in oil trading and supply, downstream product supply chain, and fuels sales and marketing/retail. Alec specializes in designing and implementing innovative solutions that deliver concrete, measurable business value for customers, in the form of specialized software solutions and optimized business processes. Alec holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas, Austin. Alec's certifications include CSM, PMP, SAFe Scrum Master, Scrum@Scale Practitioner and Licensed Product Owner.

Han has over ten years of experience in the energy industry providing business analytical support, effective data analysis, managing projects and driving process improvement. Her experience spans across market segments including oil products, wholesale and retail gas and power as well as non-profits. Han has experience supporting demurrage as well as structuring and pricing through various roles at Shell Trading, Constellation NewEnergy and Reliant Resources. Han has an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and French from Houston Baptist University. She speaks Vietnamese, French and English.
